A few common questions about payments and what's included in each package
Do I need to commit to a full month upfront?
Packages are billed monthly, but you can also book a single trial lesson before choosing a plan. This lets you meet your instructor and experience our teaching approach before committing to a package.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash payments at the studio as well as bank transfer. Payment is due at the start of each monthly cycle or before your first scheduled session for new students.
Can I switch between packages later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at the start of any new billing cycle. Just let our front desk know at least a few days before your next renewal date.
Is there a refund if I miss sessions?
Missed sessions can typically be rescheduled within the same month with advance notice. We do not offer cash refunds for unused sessions, but we work with students to reschedule when possible.
Are lessons available for complete beginners?
Yes, all three packages are suitable for beginners as well as students with prior vocal experience. Your instructor will tailor the lesson content and pace to your current skill level.
Do prices include use of the studio equipment?
Yes, all packages include use of the studio's microphones, piano, and sound system during your scheduled lesson time at no extra charge.
